Exercise classes that are gentle, simple yet give you fantastic benefits!
Seated Movement is an exercise class you do while sitting in a chair! Classes are online via video so you can join in from home anywhere - either watch the class live or watch the replay later in your own time (as many times as you like!)
Seated Movement is gentle on knees, ankles, backs and so it great for people who are unsteady on their feet, use a walker or wheelchair and those who prefer low impact movements you can do at your own speed.
Suitable for people who need to increase their fitness, flexibility, mobility and balance - and anyone who wants stronger tummy, back and core muscles and more movement in the neck, arms, back and legs!
Cheryl is a qualified fitness trainer and she uses a combination of strength building, stretching and yoga movements in a workout designed to get blood pumping into your muscles and a big smile on your face!
This class is delivered inside a private Facebook group where you can watch the videos and interact with other students.
To participate from home you will need a phone, tablet or computer with Facebook so you can watch. You will need a sturdy chair to sit on and an exercise band (or something like a belt tie from your dressing gown)

Cheryl teaches live online on Monday and Friday at 10:30am
- Access to the private Facebook group where you can ask questions and interact with other students - plus get reminders when it is time to log on for class!
Fees: $15 per week
To enrol in these classes
