This Little Wild Shop Box is for those moment you need to hit the pause button on the world and take a big gentle breath out.

* A coolpack for your neck. Sewn with recycled fabric and filled with brown rice, Australian Lavender & dried mint. it smells earthy and soothing (not a sickly sweet smell).  Keep it in the freezer and when yoru mind feels like it's melting just pop this on the back of your neck and allow the cool to do it's magic.
(please do NOT use these as a heat pack. The dried herbs contain natural oils which would be highly flamable in a microwave)

* A handmade mini journal. A little bundle of pages using all sorts of paper, hand stiched into a book that is just the right size to keep in your bag or under your pillow. Use it to jot down any thoughts that are swirling through yoru mind and keeping you awake.

* Pepper tree Soaphouse Soap. Because sometimes you just need to lather up with an amazing fragrance and wash the day away.

* A little fabric pocket containing herbal teabags. Keep these in your desk draw at work or your bag, so you can skip the instant coffee and choose something soothing when you need a little cup of kindness. Your pocket comes with three of our favourite herbal tea flavours to start your collection!
