Mixed Media Art
Suzanne Schroder

A wonderful way to get creative and expand your art knowledge and skills from home!

Each month that you sign up for, you will receive an art kit and online lessons. The first lesson will introduce you to techniques that create background textures, effects and images on paper using playful art processes - perfect for beginners and those wanting to explore new ideas.

During the following three lessons you will use these beautiful background sheets as foundations for your art project of the week! Suzanne provides the perfect balance of guidance and detailed instruction so you get a great result - and opportunity for creative expression so you make something that is uniquely yours!

This monthly program includes:

-A special artists kit you will receive in the mail containing a carefully curated collection of materials to play with for that month

-Access to a private Facebook group where you can share photos, ask questions and interact with other students!

- Weekly online video lessons with Suzanne!

Students from Suzanne's face to face classes (currently on hold) can continue learning via this special online experience and new students are warmly welcome to join as you are able to participate from anywhere with an internet access and a mail box!

You can see examples of suzannes work and follow her class preparations on her Instagram page @Suzzimaggs or check out her website www.suzzimaggs.com

Live classes will be held on Tuesdays at 12:30 - A replay will be available for you to watch later if you cannot attend at that time.

Wild Learning acknowledges the Wonnarua people as the traditional custodians of the land we gather on.  We give our respect to Elders and Children, past present and future.   We also acknowledge the Awabakal people to the east and the Darkinjung people to the south, and all other Aboriginal peoples who now live within our community.

Wild Learning is a space of kindness and respect. We warmly welcome people with disability, the LGBTIAQ community, people from all lands, religions and cultures and people with all sorts of life stories. When you attend our activities we ask that you treat all members of our Wild Learning community, our building, facilities and our neighbours with kindness, respect and help us create a space that is safe for everyone.
