A special workshop on International Women's Day!
This workshop is for young women and their mothers, aunties, carers, grandmothers and special chosen women to come and learn some simple, powerful mindfulness relaxation techniques.
This class will be an opportunity to sit together and talk about some of the healthy habits we use to manage stress and how we get through life's tough stuff. A chance to share your wisdom and learn with the next generation of women!
During the workshop you will learn short meditation & relaxation exercises that you can take home and practice together and use to find calm during times of stress.
This class is suitable for young women aged 10 years and over as well as adults. Young women under 16 must attend with an adult.
This workshop has been specially created to help generations of women to learn together and from each other - it is a one off event that has been designed to create a safe, supportive environment for young women to learn and we welcome people who identify as female.
Tickets are $15 per person.
Light healthy refreshments of fresh fruit and herbal tea will be available during the class
