About the Event
A Beginners/General Yoga & Meditation Class
- Build strength & develop flexibility in body and mind
- Find a place where you can feel calm and relaxed inside
- Develop focus and improve posture
- Release areas of tension and breathe in a way that is nourishing for you
Gentle yoga movement, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation. Learn to work with your body, mind and emotions to support your whole wellbeing, release physical and emotional tension, develop a deeper understanding of where you hold stress and learn tools to help manage anxiety and overwhelm. This class is focused on support for general stress and anxiety, if you're not sure whether the class is suitable for your current mental or physical health then please talk to Nicky first and she will advise and suggest alternatives if needed.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, mats and props are available to use in the space.
** Do let Nicky know if you have any previous or current injuries, health, conditions or are pregnant or post-natal so that I can assess whether the class will be suitable and also suggest any alternatives for you if needed.
Also try to avoid eating an hour or 2 beforehand.

or you can pre-pay a five class pass for $80
Need to bring: wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and a yoga matt if you have one
