During this ninety minute gathering we will:

- Explore the power of a 'ten minute recharge'. Small acts of self care that fit into real life.

- Talk about the difference between when we need to relax and calm down, and plugging in to create energy.

- Enjoy some inspiring crafty goodness

- Spend time with people who understand what it's like to do work that is both rewarding and challenging.

Date: Sunday 4th August @ 2:00pm

Venue: Wild Learning

Teaching artist: Emmie

Cost: ten dollars per person

What's included: all materials provided and as much tea and coffee as you can drink in ninety minutes!
