About the Event

If you work in a caring role, come and fill your own cup at this nourishing gathering!

Created especially for support workers,  nurses,  community workers,  child care,  age care and education workers,  and anyone who looks after the well-being of others in their role.

During this ninety minute gathering we will:

- Try some of my favourite strategies to de-stress and get space from difficult days at work

- Chat about the difference between self care and 'pampering' and why self care is an essential skill.

- Enjoy some soothing crafty goodness as we make little 'passports' to fill up with healing 'stamps'.

- Spend time with people who understand what it's like to do work that is both rewarding and challenging.

Date: Sunday 7th July @ 2:00pm

Venue: Wild Learning

Teaching artist: Emmie

Cost: ten dollars per person

What's included: all materials provided and as much tea and coffee as you can drink in ninety minutes!

If people enjoy the experience I am happy to make this a regular event.
