About the Event

A creative foodie class with marvellous Margot Lipscombe

Spend an afternoon with Margot learning how to make fresh soft cheeses from local milk.

Ricotta and creamy goats milk cheeses are simple and quick to make! Add your favourite herbs and spices to create your own signature masterpiece that is perfect for serving with tasty seasonal meals or spoon into a pretty jar as a lovely homemade gift!

As always there will be plenty of wonderful things to taste and try and Margot will share her wealth of knowledge and inspiration while you transform pots of milk into hand made cheese!


Ingredients are provided!

Please bring along clean, empty glass jars and a cooler bag with a bottle of frozen water inside to transport your tasty treats home.

Workshop fee: $60 for one person $95 for two
