A hands on creative foodie class with marvellous Margot Lipscombe

Sunday March 25th: All things tomato!

If your garden is overflowing with tomatoes, or you've picked up bags of bargain gems at the local farmers market, come along and learn how to make the most of your bounty!

Margot will show you that the humble tomato can be transformed in 101 ways into sauces, relishes, meals and snacks. With some great recipes and a little knowledge you can make your tomato harvest last all through the winter.

(please note this class was rescheduled due to high temperatures forecast on the 18th)

Ingredients and afternoon is provided

You are welcome to bring along your home grown tomatoes to use in recipes - we will also supply tomatoes to work with.

Please bring along a cooler bag with a bottle of frozen water inside to transport your tasty treats home.

Workshop fee: $60 for one person $95 for two
