A hands on creative foodie class with marvellous Margot Lipscombe

Sunday April 15th: Halloumi!

Discover the fascinating art of transforming fresh, local milk into delicious squeaky halloumi cheese!

Part science, part cooking and 100% yum! This class is a fun and tasty way to spend an afternoon!

Halloumi making is easy to do at home with a some very basic ingredients - mainly good quality milk. Margot will guide you through all the steps to make your own cheese (which you get to take home and enjoy!) and there will be delicious things to taste and try as well as plenty of inspiring information.

Margot's classes are relaxed, informative and a lovely way to discover new kitchen skills and meet other locals with similar interests.

Ingredients and afternoon tea provided

Please bring along a lunch box or container to take home your cheese and a cooler bag/esky with a bottle of frozen water inside to transport your tasty treats home.

Workshop fee: $60 for one person $95 for two
