About the Event

A creative class for those who's eyes light up at the thought of magical worlds with dragons, mermaids and unicorns!

Create your own charming miniature figurines from polymer clay - complete with all the little details that will make yours completely unique!

Suitable for children aged 5, teenagers and adults! Please note that children must enrol and attend with a supervising adult

During the class you will be guided step by step through making your own figurines using a range of technqiues and tools - completed pieces can be taken home and oven baked until hard to keep forever -so that you can brighten up a corner of your own world, or give them as a gift!

All materials are supplied - you are welcome to bring along any images of dragons, mermaids or unicorns to use as inspiration!

Bring along a packed lunch and join us for a social picnic after class!

Please bring:

  • An apron to protect your clothing - or wear clothes suitable for craft
  • A small box or container to carry your work home in
  • A packed lunch - if you want to stay for the social picnic after class

    This class is suitable for:

    Young people aged 5-15 who will enjoy creative activities and fine detail craft and can work safely with a plasticine like material and pointed tools

    Young people over 15 also very welcome!

    Parents, carers or significant adults of the young people. Adults must enroll and attend with the young people on the day.

    No art making experience or skills required, this activity is suitable for all abilities.

    Time: 11am - 1pm - please aim to arrive five minutes early so we can begin on time

    This session has been arranged at a home school friendly time

    Enrollment cost: $15 per person or $50 for a family

    Includes all art materials for the workshops, and participants get to take home the pieces they make.

    Healthy refreshments of cold drinks, tea, coffee and fresh fruit are also provided.
