If you are looking for a meditation experience that it beyond the usual 'sit still and let your mind go quiet' and you are wanting to learn what to actually do with your thoughts, your body and your breath ... THIS is the class for you!
Christine Convery is a master meditation teacher with decades of experience teaching people to find calm in a busy world.
Each lesson Christine will present a different meditation technique or activity and show you how to apply the methods of mindfulness to real life - for better mental and physical health! Over the term she will guide students through mindful mandala art, walking a labyrinth, mindful breathing and so much more.
This type of meditation is perfect for both beginners and those wanting to further stretch their meditation skills – it is non-religious so can be incorporated into your lifestyle and beliefs – and the benefits of mindfulness are well backed by science and research.
Each 2 hour class is $25 - you are welcome to drop in as a casual student or make it a regular practice each week!
