This is a FREE class for anyone who cares for or looks after others!
Perfect for parents and carers - and also anyone who works or volunteers in a job that involves looking after others (for example teaching, child care, aged care, disability support, nursing and health)
Emmie will guide you through some simple, enjoyable and effective techniques that you can use to diffuse stress and anxiety and bring yourself back to a place of calm.
These techniques can help you quickly get grounded when you find yourself in those moments where you feel overwhelmed, anxious or panicy - but you need to be clear headed and cool in order to manage the situation.
You can also use these techniques as part of your own self care to restore some of the energy you give to your caring role.
