About the Event

A sweet Friday night class where you will learn to work with air drying clay to make a charming character

Air drying clay is lots of fun! It's affordable, easy to use and you don't need access to a kiln to fire it, so it's a great material to work with when you want to explore clay without needing all the gear.

We will be learning to make a sweet, whimsical figure - like a little fairy godmother. Once it is dry, you can paint it or leave it natural to sit in your art space and watch over you with creative wisdom!

This class will show you the basic skills of shape making, construction and joining, texture and detail.... with plenty of opportunity to be creative and make your character unique!

Please bring an empty ice cream tub or something in a similar size to transport your character home safely
