Calm @ Home 

These are weekly meditation classes you can enjoy from home - either by yourself as a little escape from the strangeness of isolation, or involve the family and take this as an opportunity to introduce the children to healthy habits and mindful meditation as  self care.  

classes will be held on Monday at 5:30pm via Zoom - A replay will be available for you to watch later if you cannot attend at that time. 

Fees: $10  per week
